We want you to love your Christy home essentials; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all linens and home goods are in their original, unwashed condition with packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
